I have a problem getting Peco double slips wired to Lenz LS150 decoders to operate consistently. I have four Peco code 100 double slips (one of the three is powered via a Lenz LS100 and works reliably and consistently), the other three (two Peco solenoids each) are wired to LS150 units and about one time in six the second solenoid required to set the correct route doesn't fire. All commands come via RR&co. I have tried varying the pulse time sent to the solenoids and this makes no difference. I have re-wired two of the three slips to an LS100 and re-wired the four points the LS100 used to control to the LS150, all now work fine. However the fourth slip has no nearby LS100 to swap to so I am looking for a possible solution to the problem. I vaguely remember this being discussed in previous incarnations of the forum, however various search permutations have brought up a blank, so I am wondering if anybody else has encountered the same problem and if they have any solutions?
Please help.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
